His friends at the Port Authority Trans Hudson Corporation were saddened to learn of the death of William Brumbaugh on Monday, December 31, 2007.  Mr. Brumbaugh, who was 56 years old, is survived by his wife, Donna, his son, Charles, and his daughter Robin.

Mr. Brumbaugh joined the Port Authority Trans Hudson on November 14, 1978.  At the time of his death he held the position of Conductor in the PATH Transportation Division.
       
Funeral services were held on Thursday, January 3, 2008.
