Rick Collins passed away on February 25, 2024 after a brief stay in the hospital in Florida. He was an architect for many years with the Port Authority. An avid motorcycle enthusiast, poor health kept him off the streets later in life. No obituary is available at this time.
There will be a graveside service on Sunday, March 10, 2024 at 1:30 pm at Mount Carmel Cemetery, 8355 Cypress Hills Street, Glendale, New York.
