Employees and members of the Port Authority family will gather on the morning of September 8 for a rose-laying service to pay tribute to the fallen. Participants should meet no later than 8:30 a.m. on the South Oculus plaza (next to 3 WTC) to walk to the 9/11 Memorial together for a brief service. All retirees and PA employees are welcome to attend.
